What Rovia App is

Rovia App is operated by Rovia App LLC, a California limited liability company in the United States. Rovia App is software for running a chauffeur or ground transport business: quoting, booking, dispatch, invoicing and payment records. We provide the software and are not the transportation provider. We do not arrange transport, we do not employ drivers, and we are not a party to the contract between you and your passengers.

Your account

• You must be able to enter a contract, and must use Rovia App for a real business.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and for what the people you invite do inside your account.
• Roles decide what each person can reach. Assigning them correctly is your call, and we recommend requiring a second factor for anyone with owner, admin or accounting access.
• Give us accurate account details, and keep them accurate.

What you are responsible for

You decide what customer and driver data you put into Rovia App, and for how long you keep it. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to hold it, for telling the people concerned what you do with it, and for answering their requests. We hold it on your behalf and act on your instructions — see the Privacy Policy.

The terms and cancellation policies you publish to your passengers are yours. Rovia App records which version a customer accepted and when, and calculates cancellation fees from the rules you set. It does not check that your policy is lawful or enforceable where you trade. That is between you and your own advisers.

Your rates, quotes, invoices and tax treatment are yours. The pricing engine applies the rules you configure; it does not know whether those rules are right.

Free pilot and paid subscriptions

The first pilot provides Free access for a 90-day term starting on the date agreed with the pilot operator. There is no automatic paid conversion and no automatic charge when the pilot ends. Plan limits still apply; see the plan catalogue.

Pro is $99 per month and Max is $149 per month, plus any applicable tax shown before payment. A paid plan starts only after an authorized organization owner separately reviews and confirms the purchase and its first payment succeeds. It renews monthly until canceled. The Free pilot never converts or charges automatically.

Before an upgrade, we show the amount due now and the next recurring amount. The old tier remains in effect until the upgrade payment succeeds. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current paid period, without an immediate downgrade credit.

An owner can cancel renewal in Billing. Paid access continues through the current paid period; cancellation alone does not refund unused time, subject to applicable law. Duplicate or erroneous charges are reviewed and corrected. A failed renewal has a seven-day grace period; afterward, new work follows Free limits while sign-in and existing-record view/export remain available. Ending a subscription does not by itself erase organization data.

Eligible operators may separately accept passenger card payments. Each successful card charge, including a deposit or later balance, has one operator-facing fee for the operator's plan: Free — 3.60% + $0.30; Pro — 3.20% + $0.30; Max — 3.00% + $0.30; Enterprise — 2.90% + $0.30. These fees include Stripe processing. Passenger fares belong to the operator; refunds, disputes and applicable taxes can change final amounts. Card acceptance is not included merely by buying a subscription.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Rovia App to break the law, to send unsolicited messages, or to store data you have no right to hold.
• Do not attempt to reach another operator’s data, probe the service for weaknesses without telling us, or disrupt it for others.
• Do not resell or white-label Rovia App as your own product without a written agreement with us.

Public quote pages are intended to be shared or embedded on an operator's website. They differ from private bearer links for customers, drivers, passengers and documents: those links grant access to their intended recipient and must not be published. Operators must provide their identity and privacy notice before collecting public inquiries.

Availability

We work to keep Rovia App running and to fix problems quickly, but we do not offer a service level agreement and we do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted access, or that the service will be free of errors. We may need to take it down for maintenance. Depend on it accordingly, and keep your own exports of anything you cannot afford to lose. Recovery capability is limited; we do not guarantee complete disaster recovery or a recovery time.

Your data, and getting it out

Your data is yours. You may request supported exports before or at closure when reasonably available. Existing spreadsheet exports cover bookings, customers, payments, refunds, cancellation settlements and driver payouts, subject to access, date and row limits. Invoices are readable and printable. An invoice spreadsheet export is also available, subject to permissions, status/search filters and row limits.

Request account or organization closure through hello@roviaapp.com. We use the supported closure process and assess deletion requests. Records may be retained where required or reasonably necessary for financial, security, fraud, dispute, audit or legal purposes. Closure does not guarantee complete immediate deletion of every historical record. See the Privacy Policy.

Our intellectual property

The Rovia App software, its design and its name remain ours. Using the product does not transfer any of it to you. Anything you put into Rovia App remains yours, and you give us only the permission needed to host it, back it up and show it to the people you have given access to.

Third-party services

Rovia App connects to Stripe, Google Maps, Google Calendar and an email provider, as described in the Privacy Policy. Those services have their own terms, and their availability is not ours to promise. If one of them changes or withdraws a feature, the part of Rovia App that depends on it may change with it.

Ending it

A pilot participant may end its pilot, and a paid owner may cancel renewal in Billing. Contact us to arrange supported export and closure. At the end of the 90-day pilot term, there is no automatic paid conversion or charge. We may suspend access for misuse, security concerns or legal requirements. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice and an opportunity to request supported exports. Retention exceptions continue to apply.

Liability

Rovia App is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data or indirect losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You remain responsible for the transport you sell and for the obligations you owe your own passengers, drivers and tax authority. Rovia App records those obligations; it does not assume them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and we will tell operators by email about changes that materially affect them. Continuing to use Rovia App after a change means accepting it.
